How do you make this blog site look this awesome! Email me if you get the chance and share your wisdom. !
What I find funny is that they train (at least in the Army) in the military to interlock the fingers behind your head, thus creating such a strain on your neck itself. I saw many guys get stingers doing it.
Pimpin’ all over the worlddddd
this guy can suck himself off XD
45 degree bend in your knee? that was way over 90 degrees.
hahahaha
Am finding it really hard to get up?

@betterthanuian no, in general i always have had pain when pressure is applied to ‘tail’ area. Thanx 4 trying to help anyway m8, apritiate it
need soft surface, your doing it on a laminate flooring arent you?
Hey! Have you ever tried – fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.
I did about a million situps just like that except I had my hands locked behind my head. I had a washboard set of abs for only about two years. Then it pretty much was just one big ab, lol!
First expertvillage that is good
no wonder it hurts :/ thanks btw!
Put some cushioning under yourself (where your spine meets your tailbone). As you can see in the video the instructor is using a cushioned mat.
You may need to work out on softer surface. If you work out on the floor, try laying down an old carpet or some cushy rug, they’re just as good as those 100$ yoga mats. Other than that, make sure you have good form, since if this exercise is improperly executed it can lead to a multitude of issues.
my tail bone hurts when i do?? im 16, someone explain
haha nerd adfsghaudsjerh ill type how i want
Someone needs to teach this trainer IMMEDIATELY what 45 degrees is because what he just said was an epic fail.
@percydemigod ’cause you’re fat.
sit ups are a thing of the past, this movement is just gonna shorten your hip flexors, which is gonna lead to lower back pain, dont do it, train smart people. look at some of stuart mcgills videos on youtube.
They support your back/spine.
@percydemigod ur weak
this helps me alot!
