If you can afford the Power Plate my7 for your home gym or if you are a gym owner, the My7 is a great addition. At an MSRP of $7999 I would make sure you’re comfortable with this powerful machine before you buy it. As a trainer, I’ve used the Power Plate with clients that love it and some that won’t go near it. My personal opinion is it’s a great tool but try the My7 before you buy it.
